PayPoint Finance Director, Executive Director to Retire in 2023

PayPoint PLC said Thursday that Finance Director and Executive Director Alan Dale has decided to retire during 2023.


The U.K. payments company said that a search for a new finance director will begin and Mr. Dale will remain in his position until a successor has been found and handover completed.




Mr. Dale will continue as an employee until Dec. 31, 2023, to ensure the transition of responsibilities, the company said.
